5-Star Carpet Cleaning Experience Largo, Florida

We encountered a mold issue after a Tropical Storm that flooded our beach house. Being in management in construction my rule of thumb is to seek a minimum of three proposals for any purchase service. The first two proposals came in extremely high. Way about what I was anticipating but they were expected since the word “mold” was introduced into our inspection report. We were waiting on the third estimate and my wife was nervous wreck because the proposals were well above the coverage of our insurance policy. When the third proposal came in from Chis Carpet Service & Restoration the proposal was in the range that I would expect for the work that needed to performed and half of the other proposals. The proposal was so much less than the others until, even though their proposal was in line with what my construction experience told me was reasonable. Since I felt their proposal was in line with what I expected the job should be worth, I chose them for the Project. Matthew worked closely with my wife and I and kept us informed of the findings of him and his crew Ingrid and Greg. I can’t say enough just how good it was to deal with a reputable company with a great team performing their services that looked out for the interests of their clients. It is extremely refreshing for me to find a company with the highest standards that perform exceptionally and continue to have their clients best interests in their work.

From the moment Matt came to assess the job and give us an estimate, we knew we were in good hands. Absolutely LOVE Chris’ Carpet Service. Chris and Barbara passionately care about what they do and the people they serve and it shows in the quality of their work! True professionals through and through, with servant hearts. Our family recently purchased a gently used sectional sofa which we fell in love with but unfortunately so did the pets of the previous owners and there was nothing I tried that could get the “doggy” smell out of the cushions. I know Chris and Barbara through church and knew they had a carpet and upholstery cleaning business, so I called to inquire if they might specialize in deodorizing as well as cleaning and she mentioned that they had a special treatment they could apply that typically does the trick, so I made arrangements to get them to her and 3 days later they were ready for pick up and you would have thought they were brand new cushions!!! The smell was completely gone and my house smells fresh again! I can’t thank them enough! All that said, I highly recommend this business for any of your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs! You won’t be disappointed!!

Had Chris’ Carpet Service install 5 carpet/tile transitions. I searched everywhere to get this done and could not find a company that would come out for 5 transitions. I looked to do this myself but didn’t have the tools to install these through cement. They gave me a fair price and got the job completed quickly. Happy to have our carpet nailed down. Without these transitions the carpet was starting to fray and lift up. This should allow our carpet to last years longer. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them when we decide to replace the carpets.
