At Chris Carpet Service we pick up your fine Orientals and Area Rugs, assess them with you to see what concerns we may have, proceed to take them to our cleaning plant where we clean, deodorize and re-apply the soil protectant to the fibers to protect your fine area rugs from future soiling and damage that soiling can create.

At the plant we can monitor the complete process from start to delivery back to you.

Water Damaged Area Rugs

1. They are transported to our cleaning plant
2. We set up proper drying equipment to get them dry as quickly as possible
3. We treat with disinfectant
4. When dry, we clean and re-apply soil protectant such as 3M Scotchgard or DuPont Teflon
5. Office calls to schedule a time to deliver the rugs back to you and placed back where they were before the water loss
